Act of God Attracts All Star Cast
The 100% God centered Branson show, Act of God, has been in the works for 5 years prior to its world premier performance on May 27, 2005 in Branson, MO, but the multi-talented cast members that perform the family friendly Christian production have been preparing for this ministry far longer.
Missouri based Kerry Richardson is proud to be part of the 100% God centered Branson based production of Act of God. Kerry was a member of the Christian production of The Promise and Two from Galilee which ran for several successful seasons. Kerry was also an actor/singer in the internationally acclaimed Covenant Players, which brought the gospel of Jesus Christ to countless countries through drama and song. Kerry and Karen have two sons, Michael age ten, and Matthew age seven.
Laura Fogle, actress and gospel recording artist, hails from Nacogdoches TX, and played the role of Mary in the Branson production of The Promise and is a regular guest on the New Jim Bakker TV show. Laura is married to Randy Fogle and has two sons, Timothy and Joshua.
Liarra Michelle brings her acting and singing abilities from Denver Colorado. One of Act of God’s younger cast members at 26, Liarra, adds several delightful characters to her own charming personality in three of the four comedy sketches. Liarra, according to her parents, has been aggressively praying for an opportunity to use her talent for God’s glory all her life. And from our point of view Act of God is blessed to have her.
Clint Nievar, from Denver Colorado, broke into Christian entertainment as a youngster in the nationally renowned American Kids organization. He is an accomplished musician, singer, actor, dancer and comedian, but more importantly, at 23 years old, a man after God’s own heart. Clint’s abilities are stretched to the limit in Act of God which makes demands of his unpredictable wit throughout the show, his powerful interpretation in the segment called “The Prisoner’s Task”, and his vocal strength in the show-stopping musical number “House of Cards.”
John Lindsay, originally form Lincoln Park, Michigan, has been singing and acting for more years than he’d care to admit, and is always a little reluctant to make an offering of his talent through his performance in Act of God. “A show like this has the potential to strengthen a believer as well as lead someone to Jesus Christ, and that’s an awesome responsibility. Though we may appear to be singing and acting, the truth is we’re teaching, and, as teachers, we’re held to a higher level of accountability, and nobody involved with Act of God takes that lightly.” John Lindsay and his wife Laura live in Nixa, MO.
The Act of God pricing: Standard adult rate is $19.00 (tax included). Children 12 and under accompanied by a parent are free. Family pass is $39.00. Groups of 10 or more are $13.00. Youth groups are $5.00 per child until Aug 28, 2005. From Sept 3 through Dec 10, 2005 youth groups will be 50% off standard $19.00 rate.
