The Bible tells us in Ephesians 1:4, "According as he hath chosen us in him before the foundation of the world..."
But if we were "predestined unto the adoption of children by Jesus Christ to himself," as Paul in the book of Ephesians continues, we were birthed into this world long after our spirit beings were created. The question that arises is what were we doing prior to our physical birth? And what was existence like in a realm outside of time and space as we know it?
